Pricing maintenance / service

DataRotonde believes it is important that it is easy for its customers to switch to digital communication with their chain partners. We want to keep the fees clear and predictable. This has resulted in a pay-per-use model in which the contractor pays based on the number of received assignments.

One-time costs setting up:

Standard system connection €400,-
Connection from a custom system €1.250,-

Use maintenance / service

Up to 2,500 maintenance / service assignments per year you pay €1.65 per assignment received (including statuses and invoice). For larger quantities per year, a price scale maintenance / service applies. No fee is charged for sending assignments (including received statuses and invoice). For every two assignments received and forwarded to subcontractors via the DataRotonde, one assignment will be deducted.

The maintenance / service process can be expanded with messages for scheduling. Up to 2,500 maintenance / service assignments per year you pay €0.32 per reservation received. For larger quantities per year, a price scale applies.
